Account Manager

The Role                                                                                  Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the growth and retention of NetPlus customers, serving as the primary interface for customers.

Key Responsibilities and Job Scope

  • To identify new corporate accounts and manage existing accounts to meet business goals
  • .
  • To understand and identify corporate customers’ IT and telecommunications requirements through proper needs analysis and profiling.
  • To foster and develop good relationship with customers, grooming the corporate account locally, regionally and eventually on a global basis.
  • To generate regular sales reports and forecasts to the management in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications / Experience / Requirement

  • Minimum Degree / Diploma in Business / Telecommunications / Information Technology related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant corporate account management experience with proven sales records in IT and telecommunications industry. Domain knowledge in data, voice and convergence networks important.
  • Effective presentation and communications skills with good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint essential
  • Good knowledge of various LAN / WAN technologies, PABX / Keyphone systems, TDM / VoIP technology and hardware equipments for delivering such technologies preferred.
  • Candidates who are multi-lingual with MNC experience will have an added advantage
